RETURNS
Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return it. No refunds on returns: store credit only.
Note** the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a Delivery Confirmation when returning you item(s) for your proof of shipping.
The merchandise must be RECEIVED at the address below within 10 business days of the confirmed delivery date as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt. Please include a note with Name, Email when returning.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. All items must be unworn, unwashed and they must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains, cigarette smoke, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
- If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
- ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: BODYSUITS, EARRINGS/ACCESSORIES, HOLIDAY COLLECTION ITEMS OR ANY STORE- WIDE SALES ITEMS are FINAL SALE as we are trying to make room for new items. Please keep this in mind while purchasing.

Damages or defective items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please notify us within 48 hours at info@southernpineappleboutique.com with pictures of the damaged item.

We ship Tuesday-Saturday 11am-2pm
Please Allow for 2-3 business day turnaround, most of the time it is much sooner.
Stolen/ Lost / Damaged Packages
- If your package shows “delivered” and you have not received your package Southern Pineapple Boutique IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES. Please contact your local post office for assistance locating you package.
